Yous can send your scanned file as an email to destinations yous registered previously from the product's control console. Your scanned file is automatically sent to the Epson Connect server and a destination accost as an electronic mail.

Depending on the model, the Scan to Cloud service may not supported. See your regional Epson website to check if the Browse to Cloud service is available for your printer or scanner.

Creating the Destination Listing

To use the Scan to Cloud service, you need to register destinations to the Destination List on the User Folio.

Note:

If multiple printers or scanners have been registered, select the printer or the scanner y'all desire to configure from the printer/scanner list.

Select Destination List for Scan to Cloud from the menu on the left, and then click (tap) Add.

Select the destination to which you desire to send the scanned data.

After selecting a destination, follow the on-screen instructions.

Note:

If you select an online storage service that allows you lot to specify a binder, specify the binder in which you want to salvage the data.

Yous tin can register upward to threescore destinations to the Destination List.

To access an online service, y'all need a user account for the service. Setup a user account for the service in advance. Come across the spider web site for each service for details on how to setup a user account.

Scan to Cloud does not support One Drive for Business organisation.

When the printer or scanner is connected to the network, a network icon is displayed on the LCD screen. For more information about the network icon, see the documentation provided with the printer or the scanner.

Select scan mode from the Home menu, or press the Browse button to enter Browse mode.

Select Scan to Cloud from the Scan mode menu.

Select the destination so follow the instructions on the LCD screen to make scan settings such equally setting a format and colour.

Ready the original(s) you lot want to scan on the certificate drinking glass or ADF, and then press the Start button.

Checking the Scan Log

You can bank check your browse jobs on the User Page.
